Executive meeting at the Hungexpo

On the 1st April 2009 the French organizers of the Bocuse d´Or once again came to Hungary. The Bocuse d’Or Academy organized their meeting on this day, so the special guest for this day were the members of the National Bocuse d’Or Academy. Our guests presented each member a “package” of Paul Bocuse, a signed poster. These posters will decorate our soon to be opened office.
On the executive meeting we agreed on technical details amongst many other things but also on the exact dates and location of the qualifying series which will be soon announced on a press conference.
The academy made it absolutely clear after listening to the French example, the Hungarian competition is the “celebration of the Hungarian cuisine”, where the best Hungarian ingredients must be used to limelight the dishes.
Considering the above we will soon announce the competition which can be accessed from our web page.
Last but not least decision was made to open the Academy for all interested. Soon all those professionals can join the Bocuse d´Or who interested in the most prestigious chef competition, would like to join the organizers work and have yet not join to our team.
After the meeting we finished the night in the Alabárdos Restaurant with Attila Bicsár´s great menu and Vylyan and Szepsy wines.
