The first public presentation between the 13-14th February 2009 of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy we are proud to host the world renown Paco Roncero – Adams Melonas Spanish Michelin star Chef double, presenting the secrets of molecular gastronomy for all those who are interested.
